My journey began more than 30 years ago through Yoga, meditation, breathwork and mind-body practices.
Over the years, I have studied and trained in a wide range of approaches focused on personal growth, emotional wellbeing and human potential, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching, classical and modern hypnotherapy, neuroscience-informed approaches and applied neuroplasticity.
For many years, my work also focused on somatic sexology and the neuroscience of conscious sexuality, where I supported thousands of individuals in developing greater self-awareness, emotional wellbeing and mind-body connection. This experience deepened my understanding of human behaviour, emotional patterns, resilience and the brain's capacity for change.
Why do some people create lasting change while others remain stuck in the same patterns?
This question led me to explore how thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships and the brain work together to shape our daily experiences.
Today, I bring together this diverse background through Brain Coaching, Applied Neuroplasticity and practical neuroscience-based neuropractices to help adults develop healthier mental and emotional patterns, strengthen resilience and create meaningful change.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and continually update my knowledge through further study and training. I am currently completing a Diploma of Counselling at the Institute of Applied Psychology in Australia and am certified in Mental Health First Aid.
When appropriate, Modern Clinical Hypnotherapy may be integrated as part of a personalised Brain Wellness plan.
My work is grounded in the brain's remarkable ability to learn, adapt and create new possibilities throughout life.

One of the most encouraging discoveries in modern neuroscience is that the brain can continue to learn, adapt and change throughout life.
Over the years, I have found that meaningful transformation rarely comes from dramatic breakthroughs. More often, it grows from small, consistent shifts in how we think, feel and respond to everyday challenges.
My work goes beyond understanding. While understanding is a valuable first step, lasting change requires active training to reshape these patterns. Rather than focusing on limitations, I help people develop healthier mental and emotional responses that support confidence, resilience and wellbeing.
By combining neuroscience-informed approaches with practical tools, my goal is to help people create sustainable changes that continue to grow long after our work together has ended.
