Is this therapy?

Brain Wellness is a structured response-based method. It combines Modern Clinical Hypnotherapy, Brain Coaching, and practical neuroplasticity-based practices to help you retrain automatic patterns of thinking and responding.

What is the difference between a Mind Coach and a Brain Coach?

A Mind Coach focuses primarily on mindset, beliefs and thought patterns to help create positive change. A Brain Coach includes these elements but also applies principles of neuroscience, neuroplasticity and emotional regulation to understand how the brain shapes habits, emotions and behaviour. In short: Mind Coach works mainly with mindset, while a Brain Coach combines mindset with neuroscience-based practices to support lasting change and emotional wellbeing.

What is the difference between Neurofeedback and Brain Wellness?

Neurofeedback uses sensors and specialised equipment to monitor brain activity and provide real-time feedback to the brain. Brain Wellness does not use equipment. It uses neuroscience-based neuropractices to strengthen emotional regulation, attention, healthier mental habits and lasting behavioural change. In short: Neurofeedback uses technology to train brain activity, while Brain Wellness uses practical neuroscience-based techniques to improve emotional wellbeing, resilience and mental performance.

Is this hypnosis?

Sessions may include Modern Clinical Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapy is a guided process of focused attention. You remain aware and in control throughout the session. This is not stage hypnosis.

Will I lose control?

No. You remain aware and in control during the process.

Does this support anxiety?

Our approach is designed to help you interrupt and rewrite the automatic neurological loops behind chronic anxiety, stress and overthinking. Rather than diagnosing clinical disorders, we focus on training your brain to build different, calmer responses in your everyday life.

How many sessions do I need?

The 45 Day Brain Wellness Reset Program includes 5 personalised sessions. Some people may need additional support depending on their situation, goals and level of commitment. Results vary from person to person.

Can I do sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are available online across Australia. In-person appointments may be available by arrangement at the current Gold Coast location.

Is Portuguese support available?

Yes. Support may be available in English and Portuguese.

Who is this not suitable for?

This training is focused on pattern retraining and is not designed for acute psychiatric conditions, crisis intervention, or emergency mental health care.
